NIMLOK LIFETIME WARRANTY Nimlok Company warrants, to the extent and subject to the limitations described in this paragraph, all Nimlok Company equipment sold hereunder to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to Nimlok Company instruction.Nimlok Company's obligation under this Warranty is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to Nimlok Company, transportation prepaid, after being put into service by the original user, if Nimlok Company is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. This Warranty shall not apply to any products that must be replaced because of normal wear, that have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident or that have been altered by someone other than Nimlok Company. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose (with exception to the Unconditional Lifetime Pop-Up Frame Warranty below), and no person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any further warranties on behalf of Nimlok Company unless such Warranty is in writing and signed by an officer of Nimlok Company.

UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME POP-UP FRAME WARRANTY Nimlok's Pop-Up frame is covered by an unconditional lifetime warranty. Simply return your frame to Nimlok, transportation prepaid, and we will replace or repair your frame with no questions asked and return it via ground transportation at our expense.
