ABF Display Company is a full-service exhibit house. We provide services including installation and dismantle, storage, asset management, show services and repair and refurbishing.
Whether you own a tabletop display or several island exhibits, for one show a year or for a hundred shows, we can handle all aspects of
your face-to-face marketing program.
Local Midwest area show installations and dismantles can be provided by ABF Display Company staff directly.
The majority of other display labor is subcontracted to certified trained partners. When requested, ABF Display Company offers a select group of highly trained working supervisors who can travel to show sites and provide guidance, planning, coordination, installation and removal of exhibits to the local labor team. These supervisors have received in-depth training in the assembly and handling of Nimlok® products, making them a valuable resource to any project.
The support team at ABF Display Company coordinates with labor before the and they are available to the client during all pre-show, show and post-show times. We provide the cell phone number of an on-site supervisor to the client for all shows.
Detailed set-up instructions accompany every project that leaves ABF Display Company. These include instructions for repacking the exhibit as well.
We also have relationships with international service organizations that can help with your shows abroad.
ABF Display Company has a 30,000 square foot facility located in Saint Paul, Minnesota where we offer storage services for all of our clients.
Our full-time staff maintains a well-organized warehouse and handles all incoming and outgoing shipments as well as desired labor services.

Pull & Ship
Exhibit is pulled from storage and labeled for shipping without inspection.
Prep & Ship
Exhibit is pulled from storage and completely set-up before shipping for client’s preview and approval. We will set up the display, ensure all parts are in working order, clean, check lights, inventory all parts and supply client with a condition report indicating any needed repairs or replacements. Upon approval of client we will make necessary repairs, re-pack and prepare the exhibit for shipment to the show.
Every client is different and we take the time to determine exactly what each client needs. For several of our clients with high activity and/or multiple exhibit users, we have developed order forms and protocols to assist the client in managing their exhibit program.
We employ an online system for all aspects of asset management including graphics and exhibit inventories, show calendars and service ordering.
These asset management programs are specific to each client and are generally billed as an annual fee that is determined together with the client. This annual fee is based on the level of activity, the amount of property in storage, the amount of collateral materials used, the frequency of reconfigurations and the number of graphics. We can handle every aspect of the exhibit management program.

Show Services Package
ABF Display Company will arrange and manage all requested show services for a flat fee of $800.00 per show. This includes form completion, a show services synopsis, copies of all work orders and support during and after the event.
Services available depend on the show.
ABF Display Company is an authorized distributor of the Nimlok® product line and we can repair or refurbish any Nimlok® product as well as many other manufacturers’ displays.
We also operate a full carpentry shop and can refurbish existing custom displays.
